Performance Grass is frequently specified for projects influenced by regional and traditional architectural styles that require a lighter, more controlled roof form. Restaurants, hospitality venues, and destination environments select reed profiles to support heritage-inspired settings while maintaining visual clarity and consistency.

The Performance Grass profile is well suited for commercial reed thatch roofing for restaurants, offering a refined expression that balances architectural character with the safety and durability required for commercial use. It allows designers to create immersive dining environments without overwhelming interior spaces.
