Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee all building-related activities. You will be responsible for preserving the good condition of infrastructure and ensure that facilities are safe and well-functioning. The ideal candidate will be well-organized and able to optimize the use of space and equipment while reducing operating costs. The goal is to ensure our business’s accommodation is problem-free and safe so that employees can work under the best conditions.

Key Job Responsibilities:

· Paint, remodel, refurbish areas as needed

· Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities

· Clean windows and glass doors

· Change of all filters for HVAC as required

· Remove and properly dispose of all recyclable materials

· Change light bulbs, interior, and exterior, as needed

· Maintain exterior property

· Oversee daily trash removal, restocking/cleaning restrooms, sweeping/mopping/vacuuming, cleaning/disinfecting tables, and counters, cleaning exterior entryway removal, cleaning/polishing/floor

· Performs other work-related duties as assigned

Education and Work Experience Requirements:

· High school education or equivalent

· 2 years of working experience in facilities maintenance

· Basic understanding of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry

· Ability to work with minimal supervision

· Must demonstrate strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Must be organized, detail-oriented, self-motivated, and able to multi-task

Physical Requirements/Environmental Conditions:

· Ability to push/lift 75 pounds

· Ability to climb ladders

· Bending at the waist, sitting, kneeling, climbing, walking, crouching as the job may require

· Ability to work in extreme temperatures

· Working in high noise levels requiring hearing protection

· Working around lubricants, solvents, batteries, cleaning fluids, paints

The Position

We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Global Business Development Manager to help us expand our footprint primarily through our growing Strategic Partner program. This position will be based in Fort Collins, CO and will report directly to the VP of Business Development. The role will primarily be remote for the foreseeable future, but in person meetings will be regular, particularly during the learning phase.

You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales and growth strategy in accordance with the companies goals. The primary goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with potential clients and Strategic Partners. As this is a Global position, travel will be required and Spanish would be a fantastic advantage although it is not required. You will be responsible for managing territorial staff globally whilst helping them grow within their roles.


  • Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
  • Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
  • Arrange business meetings with prospective clients and strategic partners
  • Promote the company’s products/services addressing or predicting clients’ objectives
  • Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines locally
  • Negotiate contracts with strategic partners
  • Perform role as Manager to direct reports globally
  • Strategize with the VP of Business Development
  • Develop and monitor KPI’s relative to companies goals
  • Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers & strategic partners
  • Develop staff into valuable sales and relationship people


  • Proven working experience as a business development manager, sales executive or a relevant role
  • Proven sales track record
  • Fantastic people skills
  • Solid interpersonal skills with the ability to resolve issues
  • Experience in customer support needs
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g. Salesforce/Netsuite)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Willingness to quickly learn market knowledge
  • Passion for working within a great culture
  • Solid communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build rapport
  • Time management and planning skills
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales or relevant field
  • Spanish speaking is a plus not not required
