Job Overview:

The Director of Sales, Latin America, will spearhead our sales strategy and operations across the Latin American region. This pivotal role demands a strategic and results-oriented leader who will drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and optimize sales performance.

Key Responsibilities:

· Create and implement a regional sales strategy that aligns with the company’s overall business objectives. Identify growth opportunities, set ambitious sales targets, and develop action plans to achieve them.

· Drive market expansion efforts across Latin America, focusing on identifying new business opportunities, strategic partnerships, territory managers, direct representatives, direct sales, entering new markets, and increasing market penetration in existing territories.

· Lead and manage the regional sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship. Foster a high-performance sales culture that motivates and engages team members.

· Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and partners. Develop strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty and promptly address issues or concerns.

· Oversee daily sales operations, including pipeline management, forecasting, and reporting. Ensure that sales processes are efficient and effective and that targets are met or exceeded. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our products and services.

· Work closely with other departments, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and support for sales initiatives. Share market insights and customer feedback to drive product and service improvements.

· Monitor sales performance metrics and KPIs. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Implement strategies to optimize sales performance and achieve revenue goals.

· Develop and deliver sales training programs to enhance the sales team’s skills and capabilities and ensure team members have the knowledge and tools to succeed.

· Stay informed about market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments. Use this information to adjust sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.

· Develop and manage the regional sales budget. Ensure efficient resource use and alignment with financial objectives.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor’s degree in business administration, International Business, Economics, or a related field (preferred).

· Extensive experience (10+ years) in senior management roles within the LATAM region.

· Proven track record in developing and executing regional strategies, managing operations, and driving business growth.

· Deep understanding of the LATAM market dynamics, including economic, political, and cultural factors.

· Fluency in Spanish and/or Portuguese; strong communication skills in English.

· Excellent leadership, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to adapt strategies to changing market conditions and diverse cultural environments.

· Experience with project management and cross-functional team leadership

Job Overview:

The Technical Project Manager will lead project planning and execution across technical and operational domains. This role bridges the gap between engineering, production, and customer-facing teams, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification. The ideal candidate will have strong technical aptitude, project management experience, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead technical project planning, execution, and delivery across departments.

· Develop and manage project plans, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation.

· Interface with internal teams and external developers to ensure project success.

· Create and maintain technical specifications, documentation, and training materials.

· Provide technical support to sales, customer service, and production teams.

· Assist in preparing quotes, proposals, and product documentation.

· Monitor, track, and report on project progress; identify and implement course corrections.

· Collaborate with engineering and production to ensure product specifications are met.

· Maintain internal systems with accurate product and customer data.

· Respond to customer inquiries with clear, accurate, and timely information.

· Recommend technical solutions in consultation with subject matter experts.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in project management within technical, R&D, or manufacturing environments.

· Strong technical aptitude and attention to detail.

· Experience with project planning, resource management, budgeting, and reporting.

· Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational skills.

· Ability to work independently and make decisions with limited direction.

· Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM/ERP systems.

· Experience in manufacturing, construction, or building materials is a plus.

· Familiarity with roofing systems or architectural products preferred.

· Experience with quoting tools or CAD software preferred.

· Background in technical sales or support preferred.

Job Overview:

As a Field Technical Rep, you’ll be the face of Endureed in the field—supporting installations, training crews, and ensuring our products are applied with precision and care. You’ll travel extensively to construction sites, client meetings, and project locations, adapt to diverse environments, and communicate with clarity and confidence.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide hands-on technical support and training for Global Innovation product installations

• Interpret architectural drawings and construction plans

• Troubleshoot field issues and offer real-time solutions

• Build rapport with contractors, architects, and project managers

• Communicate fluently in English and Spanish

• Adjust communication style to suit job sites, executive meetings, and everything in between

• Document field insights and relay feedback to internal teams

• Travel frequently across the U.S. and internationally as needed

Qualifications:

• Bilingual fluency (English + Spanish)

• 3+ years of experience in construction or technical fieldwork

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills

• Ability to “read the room” and tailor messaging to different audiences

• Willingness and ability to travel extensively (up to 75%), international travel required

• Familiarity with roofing systems or architectural products is a plus

• Self-motivated, adaptable, and solution-oriented
